The JNX-500™ & The JNX-1000™

Our JNX-500™ and JNX-1000™ devices are comprised of the FTS itself and a compact control electronics module. The small size but robust performance of both the FTS and the supporting electronics allows the system to be installed on ultra precision machine tools (such as the Precitech line of ultra precision machine tools) using very little machine space and very little floor space. These systems are primarily used to produce opthalmic surfaces to include contact lenses, IOLs (inter-ocular lenses) and a variety of molds for opthalmic uses. The JSOPS-500™ & The JSOPS-1000™

The JSOPS (JONIX SOP System) versions of the FTS are fully integrated into Precitech machines allowing a truly turnkey solution for the manufacture of rotationally non-symmetric surfaces. The JSOPS solution combines the JONIX FTS technology with the programming and machine-control technology of Precitech. The system is comprised of the FTS itself and a control cabinet housing the FTS control electronics along with the computer, monitor, keyboard and mouse. Depending on the size of the part being manufactured, the JSOPS-500™ or JSOPS-1000™ can be fitted with a single tool nose or the dual tool nose option.
